I brought the car in for service and a problem with the side detection system. Marc took all my info he gave me estimation on the cost an would check to see if the issue was covered by my warranty and it was. He had a problem of fine the replacement part and called me to see if they could keep the car overnight. I had no problem with keeping the car over night and thank him for keeping informed. I brought the car in for service and a problem with the side detection system. Marc took all my info he gave me estimation on the cost an would check to see if the issue was covered by my warranty and it was. He had a problem of fine the replacement part and called me to see if they could keep the car overnight. I had no problem with keeping the car over night and thank him for keeping informed. Mark was excellent. Explained everything, patient with my questions, and took care of a warranty repair I didn't yet even know about. Overall cost and speed was better than I expected, and makes me doubt that I would ever want to go to jiffy lube again

Marc Handmaker was very helpful. I was never made aware in the past services that I have had there that I should have had my vehicle serviced at 25,000 miles. He also showed me how to find my oil gauge. I had been looking at the wrong thing. Very helpful.

Very satisfied with service. One suggestion is that dealership does not offer two way shuttle service. I did not need that day but May in future and could effect my using bill Kay if I needed to wait at home and be picked up. This should be a no brainer to get people to comeback and use the dealership.
