From the test drive to the final paperwork he was well informed and easy to work with. I had the opportunity to meet the manager who was also great to work with. The absolute worst experience with a dealership in my life. Finance man was rude, very aggressive and threatening. Tried to pressure me into signing final paperwork with inflated numbers and other errors, including what county i live in for tax purposes. Horrible

Salesman was great but then the financial aspect was
Salesman was great but then the financial aspect was sketchy. He stated “this is part of the deal” which leads people to believe it just comes with the car but NO! It was an add on warranty for OVER $6,000. Secondly the GAP was “included as a PNC bank thing”. NOPE it was $1,200. Management is involved but I’m still having trouble getting the paperwork sent over to cancel the warranty and GAP.
