I received a voice mail from a woman at Bill Kay saying it was time for my 94,000 mile service! (I had 73,200 miles on my odometer.). When I asked her from what date, she said she'd have to get back to me and she never did. Jamie told me it was an AI generated phone call so I was very relieved. I came in for an oil change! I purchased my first car from this location back in 2011. When it was time to start shopping for a new vehicle recently, I knew I wanted to go back to Bill Kay. Even after 15 years, they still have the same friendly, professional, and personal service. Jesus was quick to respond to my messages and made the process so smooth. Experience went smoothly but she never checked with car warranty that we have if the abnormal tire wear would be covered or partially covered due to defective part that caused it. We called the warranty company and they said it' wouldn't automatically be covered but would be reviewed given the fact that the defective part they covered caused the uneven wear pattern on tires. I know generally that tires are a wear product and would not generally be covered
They helped me in an unexpected emergency, quickly and I was in and out super fast! I forgot the lady's name but she was courteous and extremely happy to help me! A pleasant experience!

I had my equinox towed there because it broke down on the road so I didn’t have an appointment. Because it was towed in I didn’t think I needed to make an appointment but then after it had been there a few days I got an email showing I had one 6 days after it was towed. So my only complaint was how long it took to get repaired.
We did not end up buying here, but we had just the best experience with Paul! He was absolutely amazing. He was kind and patient, he did not pressure us, he was knowledgeable and understanding. Would have loved to have purchased a car from Paul, but they did not have a car that met our needs.
Marc explained everything very throughly and was very polite. He got the work done and my vehicle is running very well.
Always polite, give you an estimate time that your car will be ready and it is either right on time or earlier

I had my take out Trailblazer in for a scheduled oil change and to repair a weather mat that wasn’t staying in place. It took over 2 hours and the weather mat wasn’t repaired. It is still hanging down. Very disappointed!

I brought my Corvette in for a routine oil and filter change. The Service Advisor, Jamie , got my car signed in promptly, and John Knopf completed the maintenance quickly. Another excellent service experience as I have enjoyed over the past 15 years.
First service and first time in for my Z06, Blake was knowledgeable in what I needed and notified me of both recalls up front. I appreciated Blake telling me they have 1 specialist for Corvettes so in the future to call ahead just so I will be taken care of. You are the closest Chevy dealership so plan on coming in for all future services.
Solid people. Solid service. They will send you reports looking for every bit of extra maintenance possible… but if you call them, they will give you a practical opinion on whether or not you should proceed with the service and how necessary the repair is
Over multiple visits with my vehicle the process is long, the wait is long and the service staff is cold and not welcoming

Service itself was great. However when I checked in I advised the service agent that if you needed to contact me please use my landline number(***-***-5831) to contact me. Your service department sent me texts requesting some information on my cell phone I didn’t check my cell phone until after 3pm. Needless to say that not all of the requested were completed.

Colin L. is an excellent sales person. He listened to what I wanted and needed and searched for the right car meeting those standards. Instead of just trying to sell me a car, he wanted to sell me the right car for me. I highly recommend Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle, Il. I will return when in need of replacing my other car.
