Amount of attention and willing to help was outstanding..Service attendant took care of my groceries that needed while I was making arrangements to be picked up. She was very helpful, please thank her.for me. She was only one in the service area. She took all information, keys, and forms and passed them on. I did get a call on Monday just like she said. So information was passed on and problem was fixed.

The mechanic found a problem in the steering when I took the truck in for an oil change. Easily scheduled it to be fixed the next week. The truck drives and rides much better now.
I was told to come in for a recall. I booked this 2 weeks in advance. I took the day off work. When I got there I was asked was I only here for the recall. I replied yes. I was told go wait in waiting room. I did. 25 mins later I was told I need the recall but the part was not there and to go home??? I was so upset, I want compensation for taking the day off work for nothing. My time an to gas $$$ waated. Is this how you run a business????

My experience was very quick and easy despite how stressful yet exciting purchasing a new vehicle can be. My sales person was Roger who was a delight in the entirety of the process. From the test drive to the final paperwork he was well informed and easy to work with. I had the opportunity to meet the manager who was also great to work with. They have a very extensive inventory but I knew what I wanted and I was able to dive off with exactly what I wanted.

Salesman was great but then the financial aspect was sketchy. He stated “this is part of the deal” which leads people to believe it just comes with the car but NO! It was an add on warranty for OVER $6,000. Secondly the GAP was “included as a PNC bank thing”. NOPE it was $1,200. Management is involved but I’m still having trouble getting the paperwork sent over to cancel the warranty and GAP.
