We had an excellent experience from the moment we arrived at Bill Kay! Walking up to the showroom, we were greeted right away by friendly employees. After a warm invite inside, the team connected us immediately with the dealer we had been communicating with over text.Without any hesitation, we were shown the exact car we came to see. Jacob introduced himself and expertly went over all the specs and details we needed to know. He let us sit inside the vehicle, thoroughly explained how the sunroof functioned, and insisted on a test drive so we could get a real feel for the car. His professionalism, knowledge, and welcoming attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We were interested in a vehicle on the lot at the Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle, Illinois. Since it was about a 2 hour drive from our home, Pola dealt with us over the phone until we reached an agreement on a cash price. Once there, even though doing all of the paperwork took several hours to complete, we were able to drive our beautiful vehicle home with the title paperwork complete and license plates installed. All in all, Pola and the rest of the staff we dealt with were very personable and professional.

Had to have my Clutch Master Cylinder replaced along with replacement of the oil pan gasket on my 2008 Corvette. When I got my car back, steering wheel was off center. Blake told me to bring it back in and it was fixed real quick. Works great!!!

I purchased my first car from this location back in 2011. When it was time to start shopping for a new vehicle recently, I knew I wanted to go back to Bill Kay.
