I'm sure all the salespeople are great, but Paul was nothing but class and honesty the entire time. He didn't try to keep me there for 6 hours, he didn't try to force me into buying a car, he honestly just let me make my choice, and once I knew what I wanted, worked with me on it. At no point was I pressured to do anything other than what I wanted. Even financing was as good as what my bank offered me. Highly recommend Bill Kay Chevrolet + Paul for car sales.
Amazing, honest, no xx people. I'm so used to car dealerships with last minute gotchas, trying to slip unnecessary services, super high interest rates on loans. I brought my brother with me to ensure there was no issues with the car sale. We've both had miserable experiences buying cars, grimey salesmen that say whatever they need to get you to buy the car. At no time were we pressured, or felt like we were getting the short end of the stick. I'm definitely telling everyone I know to get their car from here. Additionally, I shopped around for interest rates on cars before I arrived, and their financing option was only .5% higher. Considering how great everything went, I didn't even mind such a slight increase. Highly, highly recommend this place.
Service department at Bill Kay in Lisle is the best. I’ve been a loyal customer for very long time, decades. Jaime and Blake have always taken very good care of me and my cars. They will take care of you. Today I brought my car back in due to leaking oil which they “fixed” back in December. But brought it in for inspection because I still noticed drops of oil on the garage floor. After inspection they took care of the problem at no charge. I’m so happy with their service that I will have them take care of my new Buick that I bought last year.
Salesman Jake and finance manager Joey made our purchase as smooth as possible. I went in knowing what I wanted and what I wanted to pay, and I didn’t get a single upsell pitch or annoying “Well, if you got THIS…”. No hassle, I was in the driver’s seat (pretty good, right?) the whole time. I am extremely satisfied with this experience, and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Jake was fantastic to work with: great sense of humor, friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy. The vehicle was cleaned showroom new, and Joe, one of the finance managers, was friendly and professional as well. The reason for three instead of five stars is due to three issues all related to a particular sales manager. On our second day at the dealership, our interaction with this sales manager was so awful that we walked out. Jake, however, worked to get our deal done. Second, we had two cars to trade in, and this sales manager offered us almost $20,000 less than Carmax. Third, when this sales manager ran the numbers on the third day, he padded the price by a few hundred dollars (I would have given him the benefit of the doubt, but considering the other issues, I won't), but we caught "the error." Jake S. gets five stars!

After spending six weeks shopping for a used car online and after spending several grueling weekends driving over an hour to some locations in bordering states just to get the good old bait and switch….. cars listed and scheduled to view suddenly not there or prices drastically different from advertised..one dealership lied to me 2 times in literally 15 minutes. I almost gave up and decided let me try one final weekend before I decide me and my four kids would be ok driving bicycles for the rest of our lives rather than deal with these dealerships. I randomly drove by Bill Kay (on my way from one dealer to another dealer the next town over) and I’m glad I did!! I made my husband slam on the breaks and we stopped to view a really beautiful Chevy traverse…. That was not used so I almost immediately walked out. Depreciation is a soul killer!! This is where Pola stepped in, he addressed my car buying concerns and got me excited to just look at the cars and review the cars new & used with me. We went over pros and cons, trim levels, inflation, and tariffs! I decided to purchase the brand new traverse over a used suburban, highlander, Yukon or Tahoe!!!! Thank you Pola for being diligent, answering my questions and pushing me over the fence with the lowest interest rate I was quoted all before this next round of tariffs hit on May 3rd with your great personality and love of cars!! By the way everyone, even American cars are manufactured with imported parts and raw materials from other countries (rubber manufacturing isn’t really an American specialty) meaning we will all see an increase for American brands soon not just foreign cars. Disclaimer, I do not work for a dealership but I do work in the car part industry and I can say with confidence if you need a repair or a car now is THE TIME and this is the one place I did NOT run for the hills from! That says ALOT about the experience of one highly skeptical car buyer! If you’re sick of the run around and the bait and switch, stop here ASAP! Tell them what you want, don’t beat around the bush, be direct and make all your wildest dreams come true! You got this!

As our new Chevy Equinox approached a year old, but still hadn’t met the mileage requirement for its first service, I decided to take advantage of the Free First Service that Bill Kay Chevrolet reminded me of by mail, before its 1year expiration. In spite of paying nothing, I was greeted warmly and still treated to their usual free car wash and inside cleanup, in addition to the first oil change, fluid level and air filter checks, and tire rotation / pressure check. Their staff was among the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at an automobile service location.
Was like dealing with Family, Roger was GREAT, everyone was! So simple, easy, and fast....they gave you the numbers, and I couldn't argue. Let's hope the Car turns out fine, so far, so good!! Hopefully buy a few more Classics in the future, I love my 93 Vette!! 👍
Who would have thought, the process of buying a car could go so smoothly. I’ve purchased or co signed for a vehicle at least 8 times in my lifetime. Buying my Chevy Colorado at bill Kay was so smooth, I couldn’t believe it. I decided to go look at my truck that had just been posted online, with no intention of buying the day I went. My only intention was to drive by, look and dash. I was approached by a cool, calm and collective salesman by the name of Jesus Serena. I let him know my intention of only looking, but while I had him I asked him every question I could think of. He asked if I’d like to see the inside of the truck, he could get the keys. Why not, the cars calling my name, but what made me decide to see the car was his professionalism. Jesus knew his stuff and was polite, respectful, and gave me his undivided attention. He came back with the keys and I sat in the Colorado. I figured, Im already in the car, might as well take it for a test drive. Jesus asked to see my license and we took the truck for a spin. My wife loved the truck just as much as I did. I told Jesus if I decided to purchase a vehicle, I’d be trading in my vehicle which I didn’t have with me at the moment. Jesus told me that’s not a problem, if I had 15 minutes he can give me some rough numbers on my trade in vehicle, and if I’m interested, we can talk numbers. Everything was such a breeze, I don’t think I sat inside more then 20 minutes. I left a down payment to take the vehicle off the lot, till I could go back on Monday to take my trade in vehicle in. I scheduled an appointment with Jesus, and he was on time, with my car ready and paper work ready. Jesus along with the rest of his team, was spot on from beginning to end! Thank you for such a smooth process to bill Kay, and especially to Jesus Serna!
